There's no better way to put it: I should have done this a long time ago. I have been a mountaineer for more than five years and the mountains- and hiking friends for that matter, have witnessed my personal ups and downs.
Hiking started out as something that I was curious to try out, but after 4 grueling hours of trekking, I finally reached the camp site.. It was an exhiliarating feeling

and seven months after I gave birth and 10 months since my last hike, I hiked again last weekend! So to kick off the activity in this blog, I am publishing this entry(that has been sitting in my cyber tray for the loooooooooongest time) and follow it up with a post about mount Balagbag. Ciao!
